Privacy notice
NameSignal collects only the account and monitoring data needed to provide brand protection and AI visibility.
Information we process
We process your account email, billing status, brands and domains you choose to monitor, alert preferences, investigation notes, and AI tracking questions. We also store the public certificate, registration, and DNS evidence that supports an alert.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, monitor your brands, deliver alerts, measure AI visibility, support billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use your private account data to advertise to others.
Service providers
NameSignal relies on infrastructure, authentication, payment, email-delivery, public certificate-log, DNS, registration-data, and AI providers. Each receives only the information needed for its role. Buyer questions sent to an AI provider may include your brand and competitor names.
Retention and control
Your monitoring history remains available while your account is active. You can export it from Settings and permanently delete your account after cancelling any active paid plan. Legal, fraud-prevention, or financial records may be retained where required.
Questions
Use the support contact associated with your NameSignal account or billing receipt for privacy requests. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
